Meet Kate.

As part of our mission to provide quality, affordable care to the perinatal and reproductive mental health communities, Kate Stewart is joining the team as a clinical intern in January 2025. This will open a sliding fee option for those in need.

Kate Stewart is a graduate student at Syracuse University pursuing a Master of Arts in Marriage & Family Therapy. Born in Champagne, Illinois, Kate was a military child and lived in various locations across the U.S. and Internationally. She obtained a Behavioral Science degree from Bellevue University, Nebraska. After graduation, Kate married her military husband, started their adventure moving, and eventually had two girls. Kate dedicated her life to being a mom and a military spouse while working from home. Kate was a digital marketing lead for multiple brands with various demographic focus groups. After multiple moves, even one abroad, she now calls Northern Virginia home. Now that the proverbial dust has settled and her girls are older, Kate has decided to pursue her passion for helping others, with a special interest in womenโ€™s mental health. She is passionate about community, fitness, wellbeing, and travel.  Kate is so excited to become part of the Perinatal & Reproductive Wellness Group.
