About US

Specialized support for reproductive mental health

We work with individuals and couples navigating PMADs, PMDD, PCOS, infertility, pregnancy after loss, and postpartum mental health—areas where emotional and hormonal experiences often intersect in ways that are difficult to explain and even harder to navigate alone.

Many of our clients come to us feeling like their experience hasn’t fully made sense—or hasn’t been taken seriously. Our work focuses on helping you understand what you’re experiencing and find a way forward that feels grounded, supported, and sustainable.

My Newest Book

Healthily & Holistically Transition to Working Motherhood

The transition back to work after childbirth is often an invisible transition. So overshadowed by the seismic shift of welcoming a new baby into the world, the return to work can come as an afterthought – for the new mother and for the people in her orbit. This workbook is meant to provide space for the spaceless expectation to “just” go back to work. My goal is to offer reflections, exercises, and activities to help support new mothers in gently transitioning and tending to their wellness so the return is not so bumpy. The publishing industry doesn’t have much to say on this topic. When I identified that gap, I sat down to write Employed Motherhood: Healthily and Holistically Transition Back to Work after Having a Baby. This is a companion piece where I translate some of those insights into tangible activities.

Greater Self-Awareness and Acceptance

Becky is everything you want in a therapist: kind, knowledgeable, sympathetic and comforting while always thinking of your best interest. I am amazed at the new way I've been able to look at things with her help, and how much she has helped me with equipping myself for the stresses of the world as well as greater self-awareness and acceptance.
